Overview
Very spacious luxurious, modern, studio apartments located in the highly desirable Seaside Drive, directly opposite the ocean in Atlantic Shores, on the south coast of the island. This apartment has large arched doorways leading out to the patios with breath taking views of the ocean only being 50 meters away.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances with generous counter top space.
Unit has a full sized modern kitchen with granite counter tops and modern appliances. There are open plan closets leading to the beautifully appointed bathrooms. The bedroom/living area has a king bed, a two seater sofa and coffee table along with a flat screen TV. The entire unit is air conditioned, provided with cable T.V and internet service. Use of a laundry room and maid service is included.
The apartment is newly built and situated in a residential area within walking distance of a beautiful secluded beach and also to the south coast’s top surf spots; South Point and Freights Bay.
Durants Golf course is nearby (approx 10 mins drive)
Atlantic Shores is located on the outskirts of Oistins near to Enterprise Beach, also known as Miami Beach. Silver Sands, the capital of wind and kite surfing is within easy reach of this property. Oistins is home to the famous Friday Night Fish Fry, you can purchase your fresh fish here at the market during the afternoon, Oistins also has a large grocery store, bank, bus terminal and other amenities. St. Lawrence Gap, the epicenter of nightlife on the island is approximately 10 minutes from the property and only 5 minutes walk from Seamist is Surfers Bay beach bar, offering local food and drink.
Live music is on Sunday’s between December and April.
Make it a point to visit Barabdos’ award winning Café Luna roof top bar and restaurant which is one of the most romantic restaurants on the island. Enterprise Beach offers fantastic swimming and vendors offering local food and drinks.
The Top two surf spots on the South Coast are just five minutes away,

The 'Sea Mist ' beach “opposite is perfect for a romantic picnic or for watching the local fishermen that are chatty and friendly, and may even sell you their catch!

A perfect apartment with amazing views
We had an amazing time. Ruth was really helpful and friendly, and gave us tips of where to eat and taxis to use. The views from our bedroom are even better than the pictures on the website. Laying in bed with the doors open to the balcony , you can see the palm trees and the sea . The apartment is well equipped and has a beautiful bathroom. Really cannot recommend this highly enough . Perfect accommodation and host

Seamist Upper Apartment Paradise
The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood and is convenient to beaches, surfing, and restaurants. We were able to be picked up at this apartment for an island tour, a catamoran cruise, and a Mount Gay tour. It is a great place to relax and unwind and have fun!!!!

Gorgeous apartment, great location close to the surfing spots.
The apartment is gorgeous and perfect if you are interested in surfing. There is a great beach bar five minutes walk from the apartment. I would recommend getting a car so as you can explore other parts of the island. I would definitely recommend this property.
