An expansive, tastefully furnished gathering space filled with local art makes up the large combined living room and dining room. An ideal place to relax and enjoy your time before leaving for the beach, shopping, dinner and more. The living room has comfortable seating and a large screen television. The dining area seats six. A fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to make your favorite island dinner or just morning coffee.
The master bedroom suite has a king size bed. The second bedroom, which faces the lagoon, has two double beds. The third bedroom also faces the sea and has a queen size bed. All bedrooms have wall mounted televisions and in-suite bathrooms.

The Cliff is a secure, gated community, widely acclaimed as the premier condominium on island. The perfect place to anchor your vacation. Maho with its casino, shops and restaurants is minutes away. Mullet Beach is just down the street. The Cupecoy beaches begin below your terrace and stretch west to the French border.
There is a three-day minimum stay for Low & High Seasons. During the Holiday Season there is a seven-day minimum.
Housekeeping and laundry service are supplied every other day but not on Sundays.
