Palmetto Sunrise is a luxury two bedroom villa rental on Eleuthera located at North Palmetto Point. The lush flower accented patio of Palmetto Sunrise overlooks the Atlantic Ocean where you will enjoy some of the finest views of the sea and sunrise on Eleuthera. In the evening, you can see the glittering stars, as you have never seen them before, in all their glory... shimmering on the blue and turquoise waters of the Bahamas. Palmetto Sunrise is a well maintained luxury vacation villa in Central Eleuthera set on a hill overlooking the Atlantic Ocean on the North Pametto Point beach road. It is the perfect for vacation rental for sun worshipers, beach bums and ocean lovers. Most times, you will be the only ones on the beach. Our Eleuthera beach cottage, The Pink Sand Cottage, as seen in the foreground in the photos, is completely seperate and private from our Palmetto Sunrise Villa rental. Double Bay beach is a short walk south on our beach at Palmetto Sunrise. It's a long sandy stretch of pink sand beach approximately 2+ miles in length with a no rock shore line running the entire length of the beach. At the end of the beach is a sunken boat that offers some easy accessible snorkeling at the sunken boat site. The mast is coming out of the water and is clearly visible. Poponi Beach is approximately 2 miles north of Palmetto Sunrise and is another great beach location. Poponi Beach has been called one of the finest pink sand beaches on Eleuthera, not to mention the Caribbean as a whole, as noted in the spring 2008 edition of Caribbean Travel and Life Magazine. Ten Bay Beach is on the Caribbean side and approximately 5 miles south on Queen's highway. Ten Bay Beach offers excellent sun bathing and swimming, especially for young swimmers, since the water is very shallow and calm. On this particular Eleuthera beach, you can find an array of sea shells, sand dollars, star fish and many other beach collectibles.

The open floor plan allows you to entertain your guests while preparing a wonderful meal in our gourmet kitchen. Your guests can enjoy an evening cocktail at the kitchen service bar that has seating for 4. The main living area has new rattan furniture and an entertainment center. Wide open doors provide amazing light and access to the main deck. For formal dining, a glass top dinner table set under a palm leafed ceiling fixture is perfect for a cozy evening meal. Local art work on the surrounding walls set the island theme while you dine or relax to the sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. The local art work includes paintings by famous island artists Mal Flanders, Walter Bethel and Donna Allen. After dinner, spend a fun night viewing satellite TV or one of the many DVD's or CD's in the collection at Palmetto Sunrise. Palmetto Sunrise has two guest rooms each with a private bath. The master bedroom has a king size pillow top bed. The adjoining master bath has a relaxing tub and shower. The guest bedroom has king size bed that can be made into 2 twins if needed. All rooms have ceiling fans and A/C. The rooms come fully equipped with all necessary bedding, ample dressers, closet space, outdoor patios and bath towels.
