Overview
The Yellow House has been designed to maximize the tropical climate and make the most of its 2,900 square feet. The bright, open Living Area features a vaulted roof, with ceiling fans in every room and a large, well-equipped Kitchen , including 5-burner stove.
A Nespresso coffee machine & frother are there , so bring your Nespresso capsules to enjoy your morning coffee !
A huge, tiered Veranda is home to an alfresco lounging and dining area, which seats 8-10...perfect for enjoying the cooling island trade winds. A gas barbeque is available for your use.
The Villa stands in a large, lush garden, enclosed with a privacy fence . A size-able deck with 24ft x 12ft pool (unfenced) has sun loungers, chairs, an outdoor shower and is just steps away from the House. From the Veranda and the Pool Area, you have breathtaking and uninterrupted views of the entrance and entirety of Falmouth Harbour, including Pigeon Beach and the local Marinas. This is the perfect position to view the comings and goings of the countless Super Yachts that call Antigua their seasonal base.
The Master Bedroom has a King-sized bed with en suite bathroom. Which includes his and hers washbasins, recently renovated in Oct 2017.
The Master Bedroom has its own Private Terrace, sheltered from the sun and overlooking the Pool.
The Second Bedroom with a sea view has an American Queen-sized bed and a Single bed. A newly fitted bathroom is across the hall.
The Third Bedroom has two Extra long twin beds that can be used as twins or put together to make a king bed .
With an ensuite newly built bathroom. Also, all windows have mosquito screens
The interior decor of oatmeal and white, accented by Caribbean blue perfectly complements the home's combination of contemporary and antique furniture. The Living Room, whose windows capture the bright sunshine has a large, flat-screen TV, accompanied by Cable TV channels. A Bose docking station is available to use with iPhone & iPod . WIFI internet access is included and there is an automatic backup generator in case of a power cut.
There is a laundry room with washing machine and antique 'dolly' drying rack, from which your clothes will dry in the Caribbean breeze!
A maid will come after 4th night , which is included in the price. If you require more days or a local Cook to make your stay extra-special, this can be arranged.
The 3 bedrooms have Mitsibishi air con units installed .
Please note , upgrades to bathrooms include Grohe showers & faucets , new vanity cupboards & new windows .
There is also a separate one-bedroom cottage which may be rented along with the Villa, giving an option for an extra 2 people to sleep.

spectacular view!!!
The Yellow House was perfect for our family of 4. We spent almost all our time on the back deck admiring the view of English Harbour. The owners thought of everything to make visitors feel at home. Very clean! It surpassed our expectations.

What a Wonderful Place
We love The Yellow House. We had the kids and grandkids for the first week. There's plenty of room for all six of us. The house is really comfortable, easy going and breezy. Relax, unwind and enjoy the views! In addition to a super well outfitted kitchen, there's beach chairs, coolers, toys and towels galore. Our only disappointment was having to leave. Thanks for another great stay. We'll see you all again next year.
