One of this home's most exciting features is its phenomenal waterfront location. You and your travel companions can easily take advantage of world-class snorkeling and diving right in front of the house, which means no boat rides - simply slip into your gear and dive down into the dazzling underwater world below!
About 100 yards in front is an incredible reef for snorkeling. Please note that the water entrance to the property's private ocean access varies in depth and rockiness depending on the season and tides. It's best for children at low tide when the area is soft and sandy. High tide and storms can often bring rocks into shore, so ocean shoes are highly recommended!
Want to venture a little further out to sea or explore other attractions in the area? Why not go by boat? Renting a boat is a great way to experience the best of Grand Cayman, including the beautiful 7-mile beach, which can be reached in an easy 10-15 minute boat ride from the house.

Spacious home & beautiful views.
This is our 2nd trip to this home. It is well laid out for a large group with beautiful views. Will definitely be returning again.

Sun Cloud is a MUST if your looking for Peaceful Relaxation!
Our trip to Sun Cloud was in June, our party consisted of 5 Adult couples and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was a plus (except for the couple that got the twin beds!). Sun Cloud is located on the North Side of the island, which means that it's a 45 minute to an hour drive to Seven Mile Beach/Georgetown where most of the action is. We did not mind this. If we didn't want to make the drive in, there is an option of catching the ferry which is about a 20 minute boat ride to 7 mile beach. There are spots to eat and get groceries on the North side of the island as well. There was a constant breeze when we were around the pool or in the hot tub. We had a couple of issues with the pool, but as soon as we reported it, someone was there the next day to fix it. There is ocean access, but no beach at the ocean entrance. There is a sandy area by the pool. WiFi in the house was not strong enough for our cell phone data use, so pre-plan for that. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have needed. Service was great. Someone came to the house most every day, with the exception of Sunday or holiday to clean and see if there was anything that we needed. I would definitely visit this property again.
