The master walk in closet features sliding pocket doors and the Bedroom also has a small balcony accessed by double doors. The other 2 upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom which also has a double vanity and shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms are downstairs and share a full bathroom, all bedrooms are air-conditioned. Living and dining are open plan and cascade out onto the covered wrap-around patio through 3 sets of double doors. Landscaped grounds and included feature lighting. The Villa and neighborhood are just gorgeous! The area is located on Highway 1, approximately 2 kms to the north of Holetown. Substantial properties in the area are Heron Bay, Porters Great House, and hotels at Colony Club, Coral Reef, Glitter Bay and Royal Fairmount. The beach abuts the area.
Within 1 km to the north-east and the south, respectively, there are:
- The Sugar Hill Resort Community (Tennis) and the Royal Westmoreland (Golf) residential/leisure development, the Sandy Lane Hotel & Golf course (where Tiger Woods got married)
- On Highway 1, in either direction, several high-quality restaurants, such as Tide, Nishi, Lone Star, The Cliff
- Luxury Mall Limegrove with all the top designer shops for duty-free shopping is 3 minutes drive away. Shops such as Michael Kors, Hugo Boss, Cartier, Burberry etc.
