Coco is an elegant and luxurious four-bedroom, four-bathroom townhouse set amongst beautiful landscaped tropical gardens in the private estate of Mullins Bay. Located just 2-minutes’ walk from the world-famous Mullins Beach on the beautiful West Coast of Barbados, Coco is the perfect holiday home for your next trip.
Completed to the highest standard with many coral stone features Coco incorporates, air conditioning throughout, marble floors and vanities in the bathrooms and a superbly equipped Miele kitchen with granite countertops perfect for whipping up a batch of rum punch while your private cook prepares some local Barbadian dishes for dinner.
Coco has been interior designed to the highest standard by the award-winning Jenny Blanc Interiors, London. The house has an airy tropical feel and exudes charm and sophistication. The spacious terrace and nearby trees provide plenty of shade perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach.
All bedrooms are beautifully decorated with ensuite bathrooms, built in wardrobes and safes. Each bedroom has a king size bed that can be separated into twins perfect for groups traveling with children. Three of the bedrooms have terraces overlooking the pool area and Caribbean Sea.
The large outdoor terrace comprises a dining and seating area ideal for entertaining. The garden leads out to a large communal free form swimming pool with cascading waterfall. A short stroll takes you down to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club and Restaurant which is yours to enjoy throughout your stay. You will be provided with complimentary towels, luxury sun-loungers and umbrellas as well as waiter service. Watersports are also available.
Coco is ideally located just minutes from Speightstown where you can enjoy lunch at Orange Street Grocers or 111 East or take in some of Barbados’ rich history at the Arlington House Museum. Our concierge can also book you round of golf at Royal Westmoreland or Sandy Lane.
Mullins Bay offers gated access and 24-hour security, adding to your stress-free holiday experience. All in all, every possible detail has been taken care of so that you and your family can relax and enjoy a holiday to remember.

Good afternoon, We rented Coco house last week (April 23 -28) for the second time and this note is just to let you know we really appreciated our stay and particularly Mina’s services as well as Nyree’s. Mina is a very nice person, helpful, always smiling and her cooking is very good. Nyree appeared a little more shy but she was helpful and did her job nicely. We just thought we would let you know our appreciation.

Perfect Location
We were extremely pleased with our stay. Coco is a beautiful spot. Location is perfect. Meena and Nyree (staff at Coco) were fantastic in all regards and really went the extra mile to make our stay perfect. No complaints whatsoever. And of course, Barbados is definitely our favourite destination in the Caribbean

Perfect!!
My husband and our 5 adult children stayed at Coco for a week. It exceeded my expectations. The villa is clean and pretty and was perfect for our family. The two 20 year old boys stayed in the ground floor room, which is not as nice as the other 3 rooms, as it doesn't have a terrace, but they didn't mind. The master bedroom is on the third floor with a big beautiful bathroom and terrace. The other two bedrooms on the second floor with terraces. All with bathrooms. The rental includes a housekeeper, Jenice, who is lovely and helpful and made life easy for us in general. She did our laundry and cleaned daily. The cook, Mina, was fabulous. Our best meals were at the villa. We usually had her cook breakfast and either lunch or dinner. Her chicken curry and flying fish were a hit with everyone. Mullins Bay Resort is really just a walled in community with a gym and beach access. Not a typical "resort", although they do provide access to two nearby resorts, neither of which we visited. We shared a big pool with the 4 other villas in our cluster, but rarely saw anyone else there. Chairs and towels provided on the beach. The beach, which is public, has a great restaurant and any activities you might want (jet skis, paddle boards, glass bottom boat, etc.). I would highly recommend the villa and the area to anyone visiting Barbados, provided that you like the quieter part of the island (which we do). You can take the public bus (which is an adventure in and of itself) or a taxi anywhere you want to go. And if brave, rent a car and drive. Be sure to visit Huntes Gardens and the Wildlife Preserve (money feeding at 2 pm).
