Maximum occupancy per villa is 6 persons, including children and babies. All rates are subject to changes without prior notice and are subject to 21% Government Room Tax and additional daily surcharges. A credit card is required for all reservation confirmation with a 50% deposit, non refundable within the 30 days cancellation period. Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Penalty for late cancellation is equivalent to the deposit. Last minute reservations are subject to a 4 night penalty.
