What makes this location so unique, is its Privacy & Tropical Environment. Miles of white sand beach and is crystal clear water. Go Bonefishing out to the World Famous Joulter Cays is only minutes by flats boat. Snorkeling in our Bay of Pleasant Harbour for lobster, conch & fish. Walk the beach to Money Point to pick up Sand dollars & shells. Maximum six person in the two accommodations.

I'm Diane Knoll, Owner & Coordinator

I've been in Andros for 29 years, and I call it home. Unfortunally, in 2016 hurricane Matthew decaimated the property. It's now rebuilt and back up running again. There are two Lovely new units for rent with a private beach and Unique landscaping. I Welcome you and will help organize any snorkaling or Bonefishing trips you may want. I will do what I can to make your stay enjoyable. This slice of Paradice is amazing, relaxing and full of natural resources. You will never be disappointed.

Activities

Andros is the largest island of The Bahamas. Its miles of beaches, flats and reefs play host to countless species of marine life. At Knoll’s Landing, a private beach out front excellent opportunities for snorkeling, shell collecting, kayaking and bonefishing. Many consider Andros the Bonefishing Capital of The World.

My resort is just minutes from the famous Joulter Cays, known for flyfishing for Bonefish, Tarpon & Permit. Andros is great place for bird watching.

We also have the 3rd largest reef in the world which makes scuba diving popular, and day trips can be arranged in advance.
