Villa Teach n Song, our Ocean City, Barbados vacation rental by owner is an artist designed Caribbean delight with a spectacular, breathtaking billion dollar view just perfect for a secluded romantic vacation or fun-filled family vacation, located at St. Philip on the southeastern side of the island. overlooking the sea
This romantic location is ideal for those who wish seclusion, want R & R, peace and serenity and require a measure of privacy. A car is recommended.The villa is situated on the edge of a 100ft cliff with an exquisite panoramic view of the sea,caressed by constant prevailing easterly sea breezes. Featuring natures own solid coral stone walls and exposed beams,this three bedroom and two bathrooms (one ensuite) vacation villa can comfortably accomodate up to 6 vacationers. The master bedroom with AIR CONDITIONING has a queen-size bed, with en-suite bath.The other two bedrooms have 1 queen-sized bed. (NO AC)and 1 king-size bed (or two twin beds).+AC.
VILLA ASSETS: Attractively styled privacy lattices have been recently placed at either end of the pool deck for all guests especially sun worshippers. As owners we continue to marvel at spectacular breathtaking view and beauty of the villa/setting.
Some guests seldom leave the premises because of the tranquility. Some guests find the location ideal for exploring the rugged East Coast.
We are now experiencing repeat guests.
Some guests comment on great value for rental rate. Rates .lowest rate is based upon 2 persons sharing one bedroom. additional fees for additional persons Rates based upon season
Some guests state that visiting Teach'n'song is inspirational, instills appreciation for life. NOT SUITED TO STAYCATIONS.
Guests have expressed their complete satisfaction with the rental of the property. We endeavour to ensure this will continue. Not suited to children under 8 years of age. Infants up to one year welcome THIS IS NOT A STAYCATION PROPERTY..NON REGISTERED GUESTS( from the island)may make a visit during the day time( if permission to do so is granted after consultation with the owner)( daylight) hours. No overnighting of non-registered guests is permitted. Guests who rent this property and violate this clause.. maybe charged additional rates and may be evicted before the end of their vacation..Fees non-refunded

Pleasant and restful stay
We were looking for a little bit of Heaven. We found it. Both of us needed a restful time. We found such a location. Marilyn was an exceptional hostess! Our needs were addressed beyond expectations. A view to die for
The view was indescribable, 7 days of watching the waves, feeling the breezes, soaking up the sun. Very comfortable and relaxing, we could have spent the entire time at the home, although we did need to go out for food and rum. This is a very quiet area, and we took advantage of it, evenings on the deck and poolside, dinners in the amazing dining room looking at the ocean. Even had dinner out on the small outdoor patio under the stars. (managed a breakfast or two there as well). Truly a gem, and Marilyn (and Ena) were great and really looked after us. Like Arnold said, \"I\'ll be Back!\"

Dream Vacation
The title speaks for itself. If you\'re looking for a villa that has a fantastic view, warm breezes from the Atlantic Ocean, then you need to visit Teach N Song. We came down with a party of 6 and we were all amazed at how this place looks. There is enough room in the villa where you are not bumping in to one another. The owners Marilyn and Bob are great people. Very helpful, there if you need them. They also arranged for us to get a rental van. We were met at the airport and taken to the villa (short drive). Back to the villa now... Great view of the ocean. You could wake up at sunrise and have a coffee outside and hear the waves crashing on the rocks and feel that nice breeze. Long story short.. We will be back next year. Thank you Marilyn and Bob

Amazing views
We loved our stay at Teach \'N Song. The villa is as it states and has spectacular views !. We had everything we needed there. Marilyn and Bob are wonderful people and are at hand if we needed anything. The villa was wonderful pool was great. We loved to sit and watch the turtles and fishing boats from the pool. The location was great. I would recommend staying at this villa as this is the best we have stayed at. Ena the housekeeper did a wonderful job. Ocean city is a safe & friendly place to stay on the Island and we would recommend this Villa for anyone. The villa had everything we were sad to leave.
