Overview
A delightful private residence with four air conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms. Perfect for couples, families, groups and children we are able to offer an individual service that will suit most guests.
Situated within the tranquil beachfront community of Mammee Bay, Sencillo is a very short walk away from a beautiful white sand beach. Mammee Bay is just five minutes drive from Dunns River Falls and dolphin cove and ten minutes from Ocho Rios Town. Tennis can be arranged at courts within the Estate.
Superbly located for shopping, water sports and a full range of leisure activities and sight seeing; including horseriding, Golf and nightlife.
The house is light, airy and fully equipped to provide the perfect vacation. Bedrooms have either tiled or parquet floors , all are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. Sencillo is fully mosquito screened to ensure your comfort and Caribbean slatted windows take full advantage of the coastal breezes.
An experienced cook is available throughout your stay and is able to prepare a range of local, american-style and English dishes.
The guest rooms have beautiful hardwood four poster beds.
Services are provided by reliable, helpful and courteous staff that take care of meal preparation, and housekeeping. The staff will ensure your stay is enjoyable respecting your privacy at all times.

Relaxing stay, super House and location
Loved being so close to the beach - lots to do in Ocho Rios which is a short ride away . The gates estate is quiet and ideal for our relaxing vacation - pool was well maintained all times and the staff were lovely - couldn’t do enough to make our time at Sencillo special. Would highly recommend
