Escape Villa at Coolshade in the Richmond Priory development is a spacious 3 bdr/2 bath private villa located within the gated community of Richmond Estate, St. Ann, Jamaica. The villa boasts a private pool, air conditioning in all bedrooms. The beach is a 15 min drive away. Villa is sanitized and meets COVID19 protocols. Excellent reasonably priced restaurants are nearby and there is a deli in the supermarket at the entrance and on-site laundry. Come relax and Simmer Down in the cool Caribbean.

Perfect Place....
Robert property is an amazing place to vacation or relax his responses is quick and he caters for your needs we are already working on a date for next year this will be our place to stay on our annual trips to Jamaica we were all impressed A++ the pool is a plus we utilize the pool day and night because the temperature of the water was perfect definitely a place to visit and enjoy you will definitely get your monies worth
