You are also a 5 minute kayak away from seeing Iguanas in their natural habitat.
The home offers a spectacular view of the sound, private swimming pool and beautiful indoor and outdoor dining. The main building houses the fully equipped kitchen, formal dining and living room. The main pod has large windows on all sides that fill it with natural light.
Walking across the deck will bring you to the second pod which houses both bedrooms. Each air conditioned bedroom has a large double door entrance to the wrap-around deck, and a private bathroom.
The property is a professionally landscaped 1/3 acre that is located directly on the water. The lay-out of the pods and the landscaping ensure that the home is kept private so you can truly experience the peace you need.
In addition to being 30 seconds away from Sapodilla Bay beach, this home is just minutes away from Las Brisas restaurant & bar which has amazing coconut shrimp.

Absolute paradise at Sapodilla Bay Beach
This was our first time in Turks & Caicos and we made the right decision to stay at Villa Serene. The Grace Bay side of the island is beautiful, but staying on the Chalk Sound was so quiet and relaxing. The most picturesque beach is only a minutes walk directly across the street. Super convenient! Huge plus is that Las Brisas is a short walk away from the villa. Every meal there was great and they have huge portions. (Chicken nachos are a must have.) The pool overlooks the sound side, which is a turquoise lagoon with crystal clear water and is incredibly peaceful, especially so in the mornings and evenings. We had a grey heron visit the edge of the pool while we swam! Loads of privacy with the landscaping. The house was perfect and we can’t wait to go back again next year. Highly recommended!

Lovely Hideaway in Paradise
Our family of four (kids ages 4 & 6) really enjoyed our week in paradise at Villa Serene this past March. It’s private, well appointed, and tucked into the most beautiful pocket of the island. Families with little ones who can swim on their own will love the spacious set up, as well as the constant lull of waves in the distance. Hosts are super reliable and the property managers respond immediately to any request. We will be back!

Great place to relax
Very pleased with everything about this property. Great location, clean, extremely well equipped kitchen and other amenities. The beach chairs could use replacing and a shelf in the shower would be a nice touch but overall this is a great value and met all expectations.
