The absolute ultimate in luxury and every amenity under the sun and stars! Gated, this prime beachfront estate comprises 2.4 acres and almost 15,000 sq. ft. of indoor living space. The 180 degree views are exceptional to say the least.
Stargazer is located on a 60-foot bluff with expansive views of the ocean. Stairs lead down to the off-the-beaten-path, 160-foot sandy beach. The perfect location permits guests to enjoy commanding views including the lights of nearby Grace Bay during the evening. Stargazer boasts all of the amenities anyone could desire.
The villa consists of the main house which houses three bedrooms, a separate cottage which houses two bedrooms, and a pool cottage which houses another bedroom. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and four of them feature en-suite bathrooms.
The penthouse master suite boasts a Cypress 16' ceiling, 70" flat screen TV with Tivo, king size bed, two full size sofas, a large walk-in dressing room and a master bathroom with a honey onyx Jacuzzi, two showers with a total of 14 shower heads, two sinks, two toilets, and all cabinetry is solid mahogany with a light cherry stain.
The guest suites in the main house (Champagne & Blue Room) both offers panoramic ocean views as well as luxurious en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom is approximately 500 square feet and provides cable TV, black out curtains, 400 count linens and cable TV.
The two bedroom cottage is located directly next to the main residence and offers views of both the pool and ocean. One bedroom has a king bed while the other has a queen sized bed. Fully self-contained, the cottage has a shared bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room and large TV.
The kitchen is a gourmet chef's dream, with rich mahogany cabinets and granite countertops. Well equipped, the kitchen has Sub Zero refrigerators and freezer, two dishwashers, two wine coolers, warming drawer 6-burner gas stove, small bar and bar stools.
The gym is nicely equipped and even boasts ocean views on three sides. It offers a treadmill, stepper, recumbent bike and free weights. Additionally, there is Pilates equipment with Reformer & Cadillac equipment and a Pilates Wall Pole system. For additional fees, yoga, Pilates or personal trainers may be hired. To enhance your workout, the gym is air-conditioned and there is a plasma flat screen TV, cable TV, DVD and VHS players with surround sound speakers, small fridge and a 1/2 bath.
The air-conditioned dance studio has wood flooring with a dance finish, two ballet barres, mirrored area and boom box. Private dance lessons may be arranged for additional fees. It has an en-suite bathroom and water cooler.
The state-of-the-art media room is nicely furnished with reclining leather seats. It is complete with Mark Levinson reference amps coupled to Revel Salon center and tower speakers, Bluray DVD and VHS equipment, X-Box 360, Stewart 120" masking screen, Sony Professional HD Projector, padded acoustic walls and 500+ DVD's, 100+ tapes and a great selection of X-Box 360 games. There are even three guitars which may be plugged into the sound system. The room features black walnut pillars with hidden speakers, marble floors with oriental rugs and double subwoofers that rock the walls, and 8.2 Dolby digital surround sound that lets you feel like you are right in the middle of the action.
The gameroom features a pool table, snooker balls, blackjack poker table and even a gaming table that converts into a mini-casino as well as a 70" HD TV with 181 channel HD Digital Cable. The sound system boasts a 600W Pioneer Digital Surround Sound A/V controller as well as Blue Ray DVD & VHS players. For additional enjoyment there is a nice selection of both children's and adult games. It's a wonderful place for friends and family members to enjoy each others company.
