We are completely finished with construction at Cabrita By the Seas and want to welcome you to our brand new condo located right on the water! Walk to Vessup Beach or drive 1 minute to Secret Harbour. Make this your home base while exploring St. Thomas and St. John.
In the evening, sit on the deck overlooking the water and watch the boats go by!

Located on the rocky shoreline of Cabrita Point at the Cabrita by the Sea condominiums, walk a minute to the beach at Vessup or to the Beach at the Ritz Carlton. Rent a car while here and enjoy any one of our 30 plus beaches on island! Take the car ferry over to St. John for the day, explore some of the most beautiful National Parks you've ever been seen!
Snorkel to your heart's content, do a Discovery Dive, learn to scuba, horseback ride on the beach, snorkel with turtles, swim with dolphins, visit Coral World, check out Mountaintop, charter a boat, head to the zipline!
