Owner Marty Wohlford is also a local author, with several books written about the island.'Chaos to Serenity' is her personal story of island life spanning more than 40 years. 'Splash' is a delightful children's book about her cat. 'Drumbeat No Lie' is a novel that takes place during the boisterous 80s.
Her daughter and son-in-law, Coral and Brian Lowe, operate L & C Island Rentals providing licensed and insured boats of various sizes to island visitors.
Why Marty chose Staniel Cay
Serenity has been welcoming visitors since 1986 and is one of the most established vacation rentals on Staniel Cay. The owners are always available for guests, who often return as old friends, and the entire family is involved in providing the best service possible. Daughter Coral and son-in-law Brian offer licensed and insured boat and golf cart rentals on the island so guests can enjoy the area to its fullest. Staniel Cay is a magical place, and Serenity is definitely well named!
