The upstairs(main floor) has spacious 3BR /3Bath, custom beautiful full kitchen w/island,ice maker etc...dining area and living room,with sliding door showcasing the most spectacular and panoramic views. Large deck with comfortable outdoor furniture overlooking the ocean. The 2nd. level(downstairs)has 1BR/1Bath and Bahama room, with bagama beds, mini kitchen and large deck overlooking the ocean. 80'dock w/2 X 50 amps power&water. HOLLIDAY RATES ARE HIGHER! Perfect Island House
Stunning location, great house built and stocked by a clearly experienced Island home owner. Roland the caretaker is a very nice guy and a fantastic resource. This place has everything you need in an Island vacation, I’ve been going to the Exuma’s for 30 years and there’s no better place to stay. Thank you Thank you, looking forward to our next trip.

the property manager was very helpful! also everyone loved the place. super clean. big rooms. the docking fit both of our boats that were 42 and 40 ft . place had everything you needed and more. perfect spot right across from the thunder grotto !! couldn't be any better

Fantastic Experience
Very accurate listing. We loved the house - very clean! Location was perfect and having the dock available was very helpful to us. Lastly, there is a terrific beach within walking distance. Overall, a perfect experience!

Paradise Found
The house was amazing. Roland is the care taker and is a phone call away to help with any questions. He met us at the airport and showed us around the house when we arrived.The location was perfect and allowed us to walk right down to the dock to get on the charter boats. The location is perfect for hitting all the cool spots around the Exumas. House is only a short golf cart right from the Yacht Club. Has a good fish cleaning table. We used a chef service and they did an excellent job. We will definitely be back.
