Royal Villa 17 is situated on the Royal Westmoreland estate located in the prime position on the west coast of the caribbean island of Barbados.
Perfectly positioned to take advantage of the exceptional facilities this estate has to offer, so whether it be a round of golf on the championship course, relaxing at the santuary private pool and gymnasium with the cocktail bar on hand or a lazy day taking in the sea views on the private beach with the gold access that is provided by us at Mullin's bay our villa has your stay covered.
This stunning 3 bedroom villa is arranged over 2 floors and is available throughout the year with a maid to handle all linen and cleaning needs whilst you enjoy your stay
The villa is very well equipped having undergone a recent refurbishment to make your stay as comfortable as possible, sleeping 6 in the beautiful bedrooms.
There are 3 stunning bedrooms all with ensuite facilties, 1 master with shower & bath, 1 Double and 1 twin both with showers, the master bedroom and the twin have the added benefit of their own terrace perfect for enjoying breakfast alfresco
The lounge area is located on the first floor of the property and provides a beautiful place to eat, drink and relax. The newly fitted kitchen is beautifully presented and well equipped with all your home from home comforts, and the balcony area is just the perfect place to chillout with plenty of seating for all of our guests.
As you would expect with any villa stay, all linen and towels are provided (beach towels are not)

Perfect staging area...
We were a family of four using Royal Villa 17 for the first time. We had rented another Royal Westmoreland property last year which was nowhere nearly as nice as this one. Kitchen was recently done and the entire villa was very comfy to say the least. Pool is right there and the Run Shack is a 5 minute walk away, main club house a solid 10 minute walk. The beach is maybe a 5 minute drive with incredible restaurants all very close. Personal favorite is Lone Star! We felt very safe at all times & cannot say enough about how great & clean this unit is, I cannot wait to book it again. John Kalaydjian.

Outstanding villa, great location a real gem
We have visited Barbados several times over the years and have stayed in hotels, apartments and at the Royal Westmoreland Royal villas on 3 previous occasions. We are full of praise for Royal villa 17. It is beautifully appointed with a modern kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, air conditioning and fans and a lovely terrace. The accommodation is spacious, and surpasses any of the 5 star hotels on the coast for quality and value. There is a beautiful large swimming pool on site which is never overly busy. This is an ideal location for families and couples. The resort is safe and secure and is very close to the restaurants and beaches on the west coast which are a 2 minute drive away. The owners arranged a very helpful welcome pack for us so we had basic foods for our arrival and their wonderful housekeeper Ayesha kept the villa clean and tidy throughout our stay. We very highly recommend this villa.
